To tighten and minimize the appearance of enlarged pores, this toner features tannin extracted from chestnut shells. Tannin has astringent properties that help to reduce excess sebum, tighten pores, and restore the skin's oil-water balance. By regulating sebum production, it helps to combat shine and create a more balanced complexion.

The Plus version is a new addition to the Isntree range and was just recently launched earlier this year. This version came in a similar 200ml clear blue plastic bottle which was easy to dispense. The clear bottle was particularly helpful as it gave me a clear indication of how much I had left in the bottle.

I alternate this with glycolic/salicylic acid toners to keep my acid mantle balanced. I am sensitive to niacinamide and I have found the centella asciatica in this to be a fantastic alternative!
