Once the patterns are changed, they do not revert. Using subjective measurement scales, clients chart their own progress throughout a session, to know without doubt that they are making positive changes. Over the last decade there have been a plethora of self-help books and gurus stepping forward and claiming that they can show you how to truly invoke the Law of Attraction, but you are the only person who can do this. How? You must find out what is in your vibrational frequency, your belief system to see what you are attracting, and to do this, you need to find out what is in your database of stored programmes and beliefs, these emotional memories in your uber powerful mind - the subconscious. Our beliefs are the invisible glasses we wear in front of our eyes, they determine our perception and how we look at the world around us. Our beliefs shape our thoughts, which in turn shape our emotional responses based on the situation in front of us. For example, if someone has the belief, ‘The world is a dangerous place’, they will seek to validate that belief by finding danger all around them, which keeps them in a stressed and anxious state.

The word ‘Matrix’, is in reference to the energy network all around us, which we are all connected to. It is based upon the principles of quantum physics which tell us that everything in this material world is interconnected on an energetic level. Everything is energy, including us!

Matrix Re-imprinting is a modality created by Karl Dawson, EFT Master practitioner, student of Gary Craig and Founder of EFTMRA. It is a development and a natural evolution of EFT (read What is EFT? here), which Karl began practising with clients in the early 00s and subsequently went on to teach to thousands of others through his academy. Matrix Reimprinting is a natural evolution of EFT These negative core beliefs set us up for failure. We begin to misinterpret situations to fit our expectations. Karl Dawson says “We’re always looking for confirmation that our beliefs are true”. Unfortunately we tend to find that confirmation, often by re-enacting the same bad experiences all throughout our lives. This is done in imagination - you visualise tapping on your younger self. Where EFT is very fast and effective (tapping on oneself in reality), tapping directly on the younger self is even more powerful. Even with the most challenging memories, it often takes just a few minutes to tap away distress. In her subconscious mind there are a whole host of beliefs about men and relationships: It’s not safe to be loved, they will hurt me again, I’m not good enough to be loved for who I am, they will leave just like Dad.
