About this deal

Tom remembers other fun times he’s had, like metal detecting with Uncle Kevin and the cousins or inventing a new secret language with Derek. At the time of writing there are twenty Tom Gates books in the series. I’ll keep the post updated as and when more books are released. Serving counters are 90cm high. Space very restricted when food is being served. Staff will bring food to the table for people unable to access the counters. Induction loop at till counter.

Don’t let your grumpy sister Delia BOSS you around. (Technically not a school issue – but still important.) trouble is, every other kid in town keeps getting there before him! Tom Gates Book 20: Happy to Help (Eventually) Ground floor - powered doors into small lift lobby. Lobby doors open with a push button at 90cm high. Lobby doors have clear width of 95cm.Doodling on his plaster cast helps to pass the time, along with visits from family (with treats), friends and even Rooster managing to sneak in.

The first book in the series, The Brilliant World of Tom Gates, was the winner of the Roald Dahl Funny Prize and the Scottish BAFTA for Entertainment. Canterbury Gate is used by staff, students, and visitors to Christ Church Picture Gallery ( Gallery has stepped access only). Meanwhile Derek, Norman and I keep practicing in DOGZOMBIES so we’re really ready for the school Talent Show. Tom Gates Book 5: Tom Gates Is Absolutely Fantastic (at Some Things) I’m TRYING to get voted onto the school council as well – but thanks to the ABOVE list it’s not exactly going to plan. Tom Gates Book 10: Super Good Skills

Excellent Excuses comes second in the Tom Gates series. Tom is still struggling to be a good boy at school. He is trying to improve his grades and stay out of trouble, but his band, named DogZombies, takes most of his time. When he is not trying to build a successful band, Tom spends his time staring at Amy Porter. His crush on this girl continues to grow, and it is like Amy grows more beautiful every time Tom looks at her. After stressing over finding a good drummer for his band, Tom and his friend Derek are excited when they discover how good Norman is at it. Now they can play in public, and the boys already have some exciting performances lined up. And the hours spent carefully cleaning cars with Derek are ruined overnight when a storm hits Oakfield Town, causing even MORE chaos. The easy to read, diary format instantly appealed to my reluctant-reader eldest son. His younger two siblings also enjoy reading about Tom’s antics.
