When we were offered the chance to check out the new Ballerina Dreamer Dancing Ballerina, I knew it would be right up Eliza’s street, and lovely for her to have something that relates to an activity she does. She seems to be thriving under the structure of the lessons and loves learning all the different movements.

She especially loves ballet and has done ever since the pre-school she went to offered ballet lessons as part of her pre-school and when she got her first pair of ballet shoes there was no going back!She is easy to remove with just two plastic tags keeping her in place which you will need to snip and two thin, clothes like, plastic tags in her tutu holding her skirt in place as well. Nine-year-old Trevor’s absolute favourite thing is trick shots – watching them, doing them, planning them. The doll also comes with a pair of removeable purple ballet shoes and a purple crown that is permanently attached to the top of her head.Evelyn is 5 and after a quick demonstration on how to get the ballerina to work (pushing or pulling on the top of her crown) she was happily and easily playing with the doll all by herself. Evelyn absolutely loves to dance, whether its at home in front of the TV, at a friends birthday party or on holiday. Overall, this is a beautiful engaging doll and there is no denying that the Bear has immediately fallen in love with her. Childlike in both look and shape, there is no doubt that one of the reasons that Darcie loves it so much is that she looks just like her.
