When drunk neat, we felt the tongue-tingling warmth from the ginger, backed up with just a touch of black pepper. This Gin has those comforting flavours of a warm Rhubarb Pie mixed with just a hint of Ginger to add that little spice! The flavour of tart rhubarb is prominent, complimented by subtle spices and balanced by piney juniper. Attracting over 50,000 visitors a year, this picturesque spot is easily accessible, just off the A55 and a stone’s throw from the coast.It has subtle spices and tarty rhubarb elements to it, which are perfectly balanced, along side the Ginger.
