The AIO Cooler showed up very quickly and exactly as described, brand new, still sealed in it's fancy box! The Corsair HX1500i is a smartly finished power supply and the modular design is cleanly laid out for system builders and under most load situations, the power supply is almost silent. However, as the product is not categorized, it is difficult to determine its specific intended use or target market. I prefer large PSUs over downsized ones, which can be noisier due to restricted airflow in their internals.
