About this deal

Choose from any of our delicious granolas and mueslis, with plenty of different flavours to try and lots of options for vegan, kosher, gluten free, low sugar, and organic diets. Lizi's Low Sugar Granola is a high fibre, ready-to-eat toasted cereal made from oats and nuts and seeds baked with the minimum of added sugar. It also contains cashews, hazelnuts and almonds, but it's walnuts I'm allergic to and I had a bowl before I realised. nIt may be sweet, but creative use of ingredients like chicory root and dedication to GL testing means that this product will keep your blood sugar levels stable.I was able to add my own raisins, sugar, salt and fresh fruit in the quantities that I wanted, rather than the monstrous portions, especially of sugar, that so many commercial brands contain. We still make our original granola to the same recipe that was used when it was hand-crafted in a country kitchen.
