This mower is built in the UK. Why does this matter? Well, customer service, warranty, quality and the availability of spare parts are second to none. With this mower you’re getting features normally found in high priced mowers, so this is very reasonably priced. Grass Box– The grass box does seem a little flimsy to be honest with you, but hey, it does the job. The capacity is only 31 litres but the mower is only designed for small lawns so that’s why you get a small capacity box. At this price range, this really gives great value for money and you would be very hard pressed to find a cordless mower that performs this well and has such a good build quality for this price. To get the best out of this mower you will need to cut your lawn more regularly and not let the grass grow too high or dense as it may struggle to cut it, this is however common with all cordless mowers at this price point and specification. Lots of plastic – this thing is almost made entirely from plastic. So you have to ask yourself, how well do you look after things? If you treat your mowers roughly then durability could be an issue. As with most cordless lawn mowers in this class and at this price range, there is no mulching facility with this Bosch mower. The Rotak 32 lawnmower is quite powerful and user-friendly and is ideal for small and medium sized gardens of up to 150m².There’s not really a lot to say about assembly, other than ………it’s simple! It should take you no longer than about 10 minutes to take this out of the box and then put it together. I say “to put together” but all you actually need to do is fasten the handles on using a screwdriver, then clip on the grass box. The catch phrase “simples” comes to mind here. The Bosch Rotak 32 LI also has a feature they call “Efficient Energy Management” that Bosch claim will extend operational time by up to 15%. However,this does depend on lawn conditions, density, moisture content and length as well as height of cut and this capacity can also be increased by purchasing a higher capacity Ah battery from Bosch. It’s also worth noting that the battery and charger can be used with the other cordless tools in Bosch's 36V Power For All range, and could save you money if you were to buy their hedge trimmer, leaf blower or grass trimmer.
