These are quite the best binoculars I’ve ever had. They are crystal clear, bright and light. Really lovely to carry and so easy to use.

With the excellent build quality and superb optics, I think the Vortex Crossfire HD 10x50 should be candidate binoculars for anyone looking for a step-up option to use for many years in all kinds of scenarios, from wildlife to sport to astronomy. Received my new Avalon binoculars two weeks ago, they were delivered in two days, an excellent piece of kit at a reasonable price, easy smooth central focus ring, look smart and robust, very pleased with the quality.

Sorry for the delay but I bought the binoculars as a birthday present for my son so I had to delay until the birthday came around. Ideal for general or home viewing, scenery, bird watching, travel, sports, nature, wildlife, safari, star gazing and the outdoors. Great value for these compact and clear binoculars. Easy to adjust and ideal for my line of work (horse trainer), even in the dark.

They've got a reassuring weight to them, yet are a perfect size and not heavy, and the clarity through the lenses is way beyond anything I'd had previously. I love them ! The low-cost Opticron Savanna WP 6x30 binoculars are portable, waterproof, and contemporary-looking porro prism binoculars and they’re as suited to youngsters as they are adults. In fact, this range – 'Savanna', rather than 'Savannah' – is said to be usable by children aged 7+ without fear of eyestrain. From the few occasions I have managed to use them I have noted they are sleek, compact and very easy to use, providing high quality images of the natural world. Very impressed with the bright clear crisp view through these binoculars. Took them to Leighton moss a few days after receiving them. They felt well built and robust and gave as great views of many of the birds there including bearded tits and a pectoral sandpiper. Would highly recommend them

She tried them on immediately, and looked through them to get a better view of the eastern blue bird perched on the suet cage. I think she will enjoy them for many years! Thank you for providing a beautiful product. These Pro HDs seem to have the important features – fully multi coated, anti fog-up, waterproof etc. but I have not (yet) put them to any extremes. I much prefer these to my other 20×50 U boat bins. Don’t be tempted by higher magnification. These 10×42’s are all you need I bought these binoculars to replace old 20×50’s. I have found them to be very good for near to mid range viewing although they are useful to pin point at longer range. Absolutely love them. At this price I was more than happy. They are relatively light , well made and the view through them is clear and precise. I am more than happy with them. As a novice looking for light and compact general purpose binoculars there’s an awful lot of them on the market to chose from but I’m very glad I took my time to research in detail. These ones from Avalon are very good indeed, being very well built and giving image quality that is excellent and as somebody who relies on glasses in ordinary life I’ve had no problems at all using them. Rugged and reasonably priced they compete very effectively with ones in much higher price ranges. Seeing is believing !
