About this deal

Most plant parents at some time in their lives will have a Spider Plant. It is a beloved houseplant that is great for beginners and rewarding for experienced plant owners too! This blog post will discuss the care needs for Spider Plants as well as tips on Spider Plant propagation to turn those little spider babies into thriving new plants for your collection! How much light does a Spider Plant need?

There were some pretty obvious options– Aviva Studios (formerly known as Factory International) was one. Depot Mayfield was another. Many floated the idea of it happening up on Castlefield Viaduct, or in one of our many museums or libraries. You can see from the images that every succulent except the fourth (kept near the vent) stayed pretty consistent after a month in their various habitats in the home. Sunlight: Place your succulent in bright, indirect sunlight. If you need to move them into an area of more or less light, do so gradually if possible. Spider Plants are easy to keep indoors at regular room temperature between 65 and 85 degrees. They’ll even thrive outside in the spring and summer once temperatures are consistently higher than 55 degrees. Propagating a Spider Plant

Temperature:Keep your succulent around room temperature, avoiding extreme heat and cold. An ideal temperature range is between 65℉-85℉. In the summer months, depending on your location, succulents can handle being placed outside, in indirect sunlight. Make sure overnight temperatures don’t dip below 65℉. Over-watering - An over-watered succulent is susceptible to rotting roots. Make sure you let the soil dry between waterings and avoid pots that don’t drain or release moisture. He plans to host classes on up-cycling and capsule wardrobe planning in the space, plus a series of talks and roundtables.

The pop-up store highlights the step-change in consumer purchasing behaviours, with Deansgate Terrace, now increasingly recognised as a hub for independent businesses offering a range of services including vintage clothing, coffees to go, and even tattoos, in addition to great restaurants and estate agents. Spider Plants commonly have dried, brown tips, which can be trimmed off (but keep a little bit of the brown edge to avoid introducing bacteria to a fresh cut in your leaves). A common cause of this “tip burn” is using tap water, as Spider Plants can be very sensitive to the chemicals used to treat municipal tap water. Try using filtered water or dechlorinating drops to help avoid tip burn. Not enough moisture (either via watering or humidity) can also cause dried tips, so make sure you water adequately. Pests Sansevieria and ZZ Plant like to stay dry, so water sparingly and allow soil to dry between waterings. It didn’t take long for him to realise there was huge demand for ‘quality thrift’– and the business has flourished.
