About this deal

Repeat the instructions between the asterisks the numberof times indicated. This repeat will contain multiple instructions. My collection includes designs for a snowman, a penguin, a rainbow, and a fox. I'll demonstrate the fox, but the steps are the same for the other designs. These DIY Lollipop Holders need a bit of depth to make room for the candy, so we’ll also practice using perfectly-placed folds and glue in the tutorial. We can create straight folds using either dashed cut or score lines, but each technique requires different design methods and tools.

There are so many fun, creative and SIMPLE Christmas craft ideas for kids – and these Reindeer Lollipops are one of the best! Requiring only a few items to make and a small amount of time to do, kids will love making them, gifting them, and eating them too! If you would love to make these up for class gifts, kids table centre or just a fun Christmas activity with the kids, below are our step-by-step instructions on how to make your own reindeer lollipops. What you will need to make Reindeer Lollipops In this tutorial, we will make the unicorn candy holder, but the steps are basically the same for the others. I will point out any differences at the end. Place a bit of glue on the tip of the bump out at 12:00 and gently fold it down to touch the cover piece. Slide it toward the outer edge to create a bit of space between the fold and the edge of the iris. You don't want the bump out to be folded flush against the outer edge or the iris won’t move freely. Hold it in place to set. Add a thin line of glue to the base in between each rectangle, running from the outer edge to the inner.Lay the cover piece on top so the edges line up. Make sure the bump out pieces from the base are even. TIP: I like to either hole punch a section of the nose area first to make it easier to get the scissors in. Step 3.

You should see seven mats on your Prepare screen. If not -- and you're using the "score" file -- it's possible the Score Lines didn't attach correctly. To fix that, just press "Cancel" at the bottom right to return to the Canvas and follow the previous steps again. Your view will switch to Mat 4, with the object you just moved from Mat 5 added to it. Drag that piece to the top right corner of the mat. They fit right into the hole in these designs. All you need to do is add a dab of glue to the top, pinch the sides together, let that dry, and you are ready to go!Now, since we want to fold our unicorn, we need the Cricut to add Score Lines in the correct spots. My file includes them, but Design Space requires a few steps to get them perfect. Add the hat and scarf pieces, making sure the latter covers the transition between the arms and head. Align the top edge of the two hat pieces together and glue with the red piece on top. Glue the small circle to the point of the hat like a pompom. Glue the hat on the fox's head. The hat's side edges will just cover the inner ear parts. Flip the iris assembly over and grab the other cover piece. Place the assembly so the lever's bump out is at 3:00. Repeat the process for the objects on Mat 6, placing them in the bottom left corner of Mat 4. Then, move the objects from Mat 7 to the lower right corner of Mat 4.

Glue the arm piece in place using the same technique, but don't add adhesive at the lower hand areas. Crafting candy gifts is a great way to show you care while keeping costs down. Decorative lollipop holders are especially popular since they’re so fast and flexible! My new DIY Lollipop Holders will make perfect birthday party favors, Easter gifts, or market items. And in this tutorial, I’ll share time and material-saving tips, and details on the best lollipop for these sweet treats. You only need them if you’re planning to add candy. If you don’t want candy, leave it off and just add a name there!
