Neon Blue is a staple of late-night diners and interior design portfolios alike. It’s bright, cool, and gives a sense of energy and vibrancy to what could otherwise be just another shade of blue. They combined the rare Lapis stone with limestone and calcium to produce other saturated blue pigments to make blue. It was at this time that an Egyptian word for “blue” emerged.
The other dominant element in nature in blue color is water. Aqua is Latin for water, so we can start right here, with a series of aqua blue colors.
