About this deal

I used the same base recipe, but had to increase it so that there was enough. This took a bit of work to get it right, but I thought the easiest way to do it was to focus on a tin size ( I used this 8” springform cake tin for best results). Recipe tips!

So when it comes to this white chocolate hazelnut creme filling (also just known as hazelnut creme sometimes) you can either buy it online here, or try and find it in supermarkets such as morrisons. I am developing a homemade version, but gimme a little time to perfect it. You want to chill the cookie pie so that the spread is firmed up and solid again before cutting! As I use the springform tin its easy to take it out, but you want it to be cold still. I then portion with a large sharp knife… and enjoy! So lets sit here and wonder how many no-bake tarts I have posted onto my blog so far… because, yeah, its a lot. I am obsessed but I have absolutely no shame in that as they are amazing. So the most important bit about all of this… is the filling. This is why this particular one is a ‘Kinder Cookie Pie’ because of the gloriously delicious filling that I want to devour with a spoon on its own over and over. It honestly tastes like the insides of a kinder bueno and its the dream. I will say though… in this pie? I use 750g of the stuff. So… a lot. There are a few places you can buy a similar product such as Morrisons. For the full recipe with measurements, head to the recipe card at the end of this post. How to make Kinder Bueno Ice Cream While you could whisk up the cream by hand, it will take a long time and be rather tiring! Therefore I do recommend using an electric mixer. It doesn't have to be an expensive stand mixer, a budget handheld electric whisk will do the job too. Can this recipe be made gluten free or dairy free? Oh yes… thats right, HERE IT IS! The tart to end all tarts, the dessert to win any guest over and one of my favourite bakes I have ever made… my no-bake kinder bueno tart! No-bake tarts The main answer? JUST LOOK AT THIS BEAUTY! It’s absolutely perfect. The kinder bueno flavour is just one of my favourite things ever, so I tried to emulate that into a no-bake tart for you all.

For teaspoon (tsp) and tablespoon (tbsp) measurements, please use measuring spoons* and not the type of spoons you eat with. Again this will ensure accuracy and provide the best results. I layer some of the mixture into the bottom of the in, drizzle on a little extra hazelnut cream, some kinder chocolate pieces, and some kinder Bueno pieces! I do this a few times until I reach the end of the ice cream. I then just add a little more extras and freeze! To be honest, I am a Kinder addict! I purposely wanted this recipe to be overloaded with Kinder goodness so i topped my mixture with all things Kinder – buenos and small chocolate bars along with more hazelnut spread. YES PLEASE! I went for a simple no-churn recipe for this recipe because it is always just so easy. The idea is you use only a few ingredients, whisk, and you have a mixture. You simply then freeze it! You don’t need to mix it when freezing, and you don’t need an ice cream machine.Make sure all your ingredients (particularly the butter and eggs) are at room temperature before you start baking. I tried using other tins without a springform and they do work if you line the sides, but as with cheesecakes I found this springform one the best as it made it so much easier to come out after it had been baked! So it’s basically the end of summer, but as we are still getting a few warmer days I thought it was best to do an ice cream recipe! I did also just have an ice cream craving so that is enough reason for me anyway. You will need sweetened condensed milk for this recipe, do not use evaporated milk as it will affect the final result.
