I don't think this is generic at all, I think it's unique in its own way — a mix of a pretty rose scent and Dior's absolutely blooming with that fruity rose berry jam feeling.

I have tried to give this a chance 3x because so many people I’ve talked to and on the internet rave about this.

This is a quality I love in a fragrance because I need my perfumes to be sweet, and it can be difficult to find something that is sweet enough for me but also fresh at the same time. I have the body spray and it's not your average Bath and Body light spray it all over yourself scent. It’s obnoxiously juvenile as it’s too sweet with the strawberry and too high pitch pathchouli fighting with strawberry in the dry down.

It’s not bad, for what it’s worth, but ONLY if you’re ready and willing to encounter the sweetest scent on the planet. I hate strawberries in fragrances generally, most of the time they smell synthetic or not juicy, creamy or refreshing enough for me. This is my favorite thing to put on after I get out of the shower… Lotion myself up and spray myself with the spray.I'm honestly not getting any wood at all, which is weird because I smelled a woody rose when I first tried it. And, for a body mist, it has fantastic performance, and I think the EDP is easily on par with most fragrances on the designer market. You're The One fills a gap in my collection where I don't have any rose scents except my tiny vial of Nirvana White, and most of the ones I have on my wishlist are stupid expensive, so this will probably be my go-to dewy red rose scent as long as I'm still broke. She is so used to just coming in my room and spraying whatever--she was baffled when I handed her You're the one. i like it but i'm not sure if it suits younger teens like me so i'm a bit sad :( i'll try to layer it.

The sweetness from the strawberry necter really jaz things up and saves this fragnance from being another woody fragnance. whenever i wear this fragrance mist you're the one, it smells like palmolive pink soap in the philippines in a good way, this is a rose with a hint of strawberry and birch in the background to give it some depth. The dry down smells a lot like Vampire and also Dolce and Gabanna The Only One 2(which smells similar to Vampire. It truly upsets me that every time I get attached to one off their fragrances they decide to retire it.

This is one of the scents that leaves more scent to people around you and MORE beautiful than you having to sniff it directly to your skin.
