We added stitching and heavy-duty glue on the inside of seams each earpad to prevent them from splitting. What really ‘got my goat’ was when the suppliers did not listen to suggestions about improvements or said it cost too much.The headphone pads fit seamlessly, i used my own alcohol to take off the remaining adhesive, but otherwise the pads fit, they look great, and what a stylish way to bring in the new year, hopefully they stay on for as long as the originals did. TIP: If a cloth is still attached to the headphones after you have removed your ear pads, it means that you did not remove them completely. As long as you listen to what the video is saying and line them properly (seam goes to bottom) and remove the entire old ear pad (ear pad, foam and plastic piece) it fits like a glove. Instead of replacing your headphones you can replace your ear pads on the cheap and go back to enjoying using your headphones once again.
