When we were asked to review The Turtle Pack I thought it would be a good idea to try with Sienna instead of armbands when she went swimming. In a pinch, you can hold the pull buoy in outstretched arms to isolate the legs for some lower body conditioning as well. I particularly liked how snuggly it fitted my son and that you could remove the floats as they become more confident swimmers.

However the way the product is designed I certainly think it would be perfect for improving swim strokes as there is nothing that can get in the way of the arms etc. My 4 year old daughter is getting more confident in the water but she needs armbands, floats etc and I’m still very nervous about the water even if she was a confident swimmer I would be too.
