About this deal

Following his own experience of being in jail, Ant outlined how he used his past to offer advice to others, urging them ‘not to be afraid of failure’. I'm a huge fan of Ant Middleton's no-nonsense style approach to self-improvement and so I got exactly what I was expecting out of his latest, 'The Wall'. The Wall by Ant Middleton is all about the mental wall we all come across which stops us from reaching our potential. This Morning fans were left wondering what had previously happened to the SAS Who Dares Wins star after he started talking about his past life to hosts Phillip Schofield and Josie Gibson, who was standing in for Holly Willoughby today. Whatever happens you will enjoy this read - it will be quick because its hard to put down and you will benefit from his sage advice.

It’s a very informative book that invites the reader to better themselves in any and all areas of their lives where they feel there may be lacking. Still enjoyed the book, however after reading the previous Ant Middleton books I feel this is a bit of the same. We used to spend our energy trying to put people on the moon; now mankind’s main aim seems to be seeing how much of its existence it can conduct without ever having to leave the couch.

Ant Middleton was a sniper and point man in the Special Boat Service in 2008 where he served four years - in this time he completed a further two tours in Afghanistan and reached the rank of corporal. He said, "That’s just a prime example of how people are now not teaching mental resilience or any type of resilience to their children.

The anecdotes scattered throughout the book vary between his own life and the lives of people who meets on book talks.

Speaking about he taught resilience in his kids, Ant told a podcast, "I was on holiday and the swimming pool was absolutely freezing. Download The Wall: Smash Self-doubt and Become the True You by Ant Middleton in PDF EPUB format complete free.

Since then he’s featured in a number of other television shows, including ‘Mutiny,’‘Escape,’ and ‘Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins’ to name just a few. Before joining Future Publishing, Selina graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2006 with a degree in Journalism.

His first taste of military life came in 1998 when he joined the army at the age of 17 and served in the 9 Parachute Squadron RE and served tours of duty in Northern Ireland in 1999 and Macedonia in 2001. Ant Middleton got sent to prison after he was convicted of the unlawful wounding of one police officer and of common assault upon a second outside a nightclub in 2013, for which he was sentenced to 14 months in prison.

The couple went on to have five children, including sons, Oakley, 18, Gabriel, 11, and Bligh, three, and daughters Shyla, 12, and Priseis, four. We all strive to be the best version of ourselves and live life to the fullest but sometimes, although it can be difficult to admit, we need a little help breaking down the barriers in our way. If you’re surrounded by people who think and act negatively, then it’s for fucking sure that you’ll start doing the same. If you can get through this then it is well worth the read and would lift anyone out of a dark or difficult situation in my view.Bringing his work to life, he immerses his readers within his writing, making it easy for them to truly invest themselves within it. Sharing insights and strategies in his new book The Wall, his goal is to help you demolish fear, seize control, and reach your full potential. The reality quasi-military training television programme helped him find fame as a celebrity and following on from this success, Ant became the Captain in the adventure/reality-show Mutiny (2017) - the show was a re-enactment of the Mutiny on the Bounty and Middleton described the experience as "mentally speaking, the hardest thing I've ever done". Ultimately what you’re scared of is that your hosts won’t like you because you’ve, say, thrown a chewing-gum wrapper on the fire.
