I have cooked two of the recipes in this book - one Chicken with Almonds and Coconut milk, and one for Red Cabbage. It would have been far better for the author to create her own unique recipe for a specific blend to use in certain recipes than to suggest a blend for fragrance that would deliver a questionable result.
