The Northman follows a young Viking Prince on his heroic quest to seek revenge for his father’s vicious murder, while also attempting to rescue his mother and his kingdom. Of course, the 4K Disc has better black levels and is able to showcase those nuanced primary and cooler earthy tones, but this Blu-ray presentation looks great.The camerawork is often long with single takes, making all the visual arrangements and coordination that much more impressive.
