The enchanting opening accord of the fragrance is composed of citrus and spices – cardamom and ginger – creating a captivating scent. In conclusion, I think it's a decent frag to pick up, but don't expect beast performance and projection. Projects at an arms length for the first hour or so, then hovers just above the skin for another hour, then a skin scent. The heart reveals the rich floral bouquet of orange blossom, freesia, jasmine, rose, and lavender, laid on soft, creamy, milky vanilla, sandalwood, tonka bean, and a musky layer. It still has the same "vibe" as libre edp in the beginning but I think it needed to sit for a while to get more balanced.

The fragrange changes a bit after first opening the bottle, the more you use it, the more you'll notice that change and you'll probably like it more then first times. Very synthetic grapefruit opening but gets better on the dry down with the slight pepper notes, even further in I start to get the sage/lavender herbaceous feel.The composition truly represents the woman it was inspired by and presentslively, playful, and bright notes. He's smart and calculate, does not talk for the sick of it, so he likes close encounters with not to much of a crowd whose laudness will cause him to retreat. not the best out there, but it's a good all round signature scent that lasts reasonably long enough, and won't break the bank. Last summer I went to Spain, and while visiting places and enjoying the daily night life, I was constantly smelling this fragrance, and I liked it but I never stop a person to ask which fragrance was that. I cannot stop noticing the same synthetic notes in all blends, high quality or not: the smell of chemistry.

I think he uses a well known, talented perfumer and good ingredients ~ just less of them ~ if memory serves. I've been wearing The Icon occasionally over the past couple of weeks, and I find it a shapeshifter on my skin.I think the projection is moderate for about an hour, after that it dies down (but you can still smell it on your skin). I dont see any similarity to Libre as some say, maybe only a little bit in the opening which lasts for 2 minutes.

It is like a toned down version of sauvage elixir and because of that, it made it possible to also wear in sommer, but only when not hot, it might get funky in hot climates. Then all but a mellowed sweet lavender from the opening is laying nicely over a musk that trails forever.In fact if you live in EU you can get a G Bellini Homme fragrance from Lidl which has virtually the same if not better longevity for 5 EUR. A fragrant, salty, refreshing wave of oceanic scents envelops the middle accord with the calming touch of lavender. An interesting fragrance that does not project to much but it does last on clothing for more then a day.
