We've had some power surges and dips in my area over the past couple of weeks resulting in the mains being turned off one Sunday whilst SE Power dug up the road to replace some electrical power equipment / cabling, so the Sky installers don't always "know best"! Check there are no lights on the front panel of your Sky Q box and all cables are securely connected. Sky's solution was to hardwire the system, which defeats the idea behind Sky Q, but my own solution was to swap the location of the main box and the mini-box, in relation to the router, and this has helped.
