The hardware itself is lightweight enough to move around without difficulty, but still feels robust and well built. Up to eight Zones can be assigned, each with adjustable keyboard range, displayed via the LED light guide above the keyboard. I also tested with Pro Tools via the Mackie HUI protocol, and a work‑in‑progess Logic Pro implementation. Complete with aftertouch and an exceptionally high 10kHz, allowing for precise and dynamic keyboard performances. To edit an existing step, hold it and it will play and you’ll see the notes it contains lit up on the key lights.

There is a per‑step automation editing option, although it’s not quite as intuitive as the ‘parameter lock’ system that’s popular in some other hardware.
