I would have liked more details on the Chakras and the Bandhas from the second author and liked the description of each of the poses. There is so much more to yoga than the asanas as explained in the first half of the book my Dr, Chopra. The second author Sarah-Platt Finger, walks through the Shariras, Chakras, Gunas, Bandhas, and then provides a one-page summary for over 80 different Asanas (poses) with their associated benefits and modifications. The Word of God, every word is “inspired by God and is profitable for doctrine, for correction, for reproof. Some things are so vile that they should be discussed in as little detail as possible, because even describing them is morally and spiritually dangerous.Very disappointed to see that a luminerary right about yoga postures which is all available on YouTube for free.

A 6 week program that explains the 8 Limbs of Raja Yoga in the first half and Asanas described and illustrated in 2nd half. In the Second Part, of this wonderful book, I believe, is where his Co-Author, Sarah Platt-Finger gives illustrations of Yoga Poses, followed by a written Overview of each yoga pose.
