The theatrical version of Dominion already feels bloated at 146 minutes, but this 4K release also includes an Extended Cut which runs 14 minutes longer. I’m reminded of Live Free or Die Hard in which it was essentially an action movie that just happened to star Bruce Willis as John McLane.

All in all, this is a fine looking—if somewhat garden-variety—4K presentation, with regular standout moments.

For Jurassic World Dominion's 4K Blu-ray, as with the previous Jurassic World movies and indeed most of Universal's output, Dolby Atmos is eschewed in favour of that other, less popular 3D surround track flavour, DTS: X, providing impressive HD object-oriented audio accompaniment.
