The integrated COB LED chip has been engineered to be Flicker-Free, enabling you to shoot at virtually any framerate, or any shutter angle without fear of introducing flicker into your footage. Due to the use of a COB LED Chip, these lights also offer a Flicker-Free design, to allow you to shoot at a wide selection of framerates and shutter-angles. The VL150II is suitable for Professional Broadcast use as well as for Filmmaking and Commercial Cinematography. Coupled with the remote, it lets you control your light from where you are without going to the control box.
Godox VL150 can deliver 61000 lux at 1m with just the standard reflector whereas the SL150W II models can deliver 58000 lux at 1m with the standard reflector.All three lighting units can be powered either using the included mains power cable or using a V-Mount battery (Sold Separately) with the built-in V-Mount battery plates for use on both studio and location shoots. The VL300 is the most powerful of the three units offering 300W power output, the VL200 is next with a power output of 200W and the VL150 is last on the list with 150W power output.
It also enables you to easily control the light without a remote, even when the light is mounted high up. Both models are rated for 150W, and for the same power supply (AC100~240V 50/60Hz) so that they can be used all around without the risk of circuit breakdown. On the controller box for each light, there is a control dial that allows you to adjust the brightness between 100% - 0%.
