Distilled back in 1971, this Islay whisky spent quite a few decades in a single hogshead cask, before being bottled at 47 years of age in July 2017. This single malt was distilled at Bunnahabhain in 2012 and spent ten years resting in a single first-fill sherry butt, until it was bottled in June 2022.
