This book was recommended by his therapist who has had a lot of success treating other kids his age. I liked the simplicity of the story, but I think it would be better if there were more guidance including the breathing as each part of the body is tightened and relaxed. She loves reading her books, and I know she will love this because of the sea child and the octopus.
