Having read some accounts of the battle I haven't seen all that much difference, though I haven't read everything on this subject.A curation of oral histories, and radio logs it's both detailed, harrowing, courageous, and uplifting. Reminiscent of Schindler’s List, The Good Nazi tells the story of Major Karl Plagge, a high-ranking Nazi officer who risked his own life to save hundreds of men, women and children. They show how they were robbed of their possessions, and how those who were not killed right away were turned into shaven, uniformed slave labourers. What he did next was extraordinary - he revisited the Falkland's five times with comrades and Argentine soldiers and literally walked through the battle with them, step-by-step, creating an unprecedented masterpiece of immersive military publishing. I can’t speak for O’Connell’s colleagues, but from the perspective of someone who wasn’t there, I believe he has succeeded in his goal.

Based on a unique document kept in the Israeli memorial site of Yad Vashem, this documentary tells the story of a typical day in 1944 from the viewpoints of victims and perpetrators. This day was officially adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations, to recognise SCD as a public health concern.
