Speeds / Modes - The fan has three predefined speeds - Low, Medium and High. There are also three modes - Normal, Natural and Sleep. Normal outputs air at a constant rate (as determined by the selected fan speed). Natural varies the fan speed to emulate the wind. Sleep slowly tapers off the fan speed until it eventually stops. This is meant to help you fall asleep more easily. Place the fan in a corner if it oscillates out to 90 degrees or less, as this allows it to cover more of the room. Towers are often a more expensive variation of fans — but is the extra cash worth what you get? Well, a tower fan is a great bet if home aesthetics and saving space are at the top of your list. You can hardly hear anything when the fan is on low settings, which may be something to consider if you're a light sleeper who is disturbed by a lot of noise.
