About this deal

Shatter Me was Mafi’s debut novel and was published when she was only 23 years old. The original trilogy went on to be translated into more than 30 languages and sell more than a million copies. This allows you to see what Warner is thinking since Shatter Me is told from Juliette’s point of view. It also serves as an interlude between novels since the events of Destroy Me take place after Shatter Me but before Unravel Me. James is so frustrated he has to spit the words out when he speaks. “Kenji said that I have as much right to know what’s happening down here as everyone else. Kenji never gets mad when I ask questions. He never ignores me. He’s never mean to me, and you’re being m-mean to me, and I don’t like it when you l-laugh at me—” Well Mom’s dead, isn’t she?” My voice has gone hard. My hands are clenched. And when I see the look on James’s face, I’m instantly sorry for being so harsh. I release my fists. Take a deep breath. What a character. I think hes responsible for at least 3 stars of my review. Without him I would not have been able to read on. He is amazing, fanastic, brilliant, perfect… AAAGH, there are no words for him…

The Shatter Me series is a YA Fantasy Romance. So let’s dissect that. First, Romance is an important aspect of the plot and it does contain romantic elements. But it’s also YA, or Young Adult, meaning that it’s meant for ages 13 to 17. I was looking forward to some insight into Adams mind and heart, but I was disappointed that his book made him seem as empty and boring as Warner thought he was. Yes she has this fatal power, but the only 2 times we see her use it ione by accident and the other when she kills her sister!!!I’m breathing so hard my chest is heaving. “Never again,” I say quietly now. “We are never having this conversation. Not ever again.” Adam has my approval for a reason, I believe. They’ve been together for longer than he was with Juliette, and he loves his brother very much. It’s only natural that he’d prioritise the well-being of his one and only family unit. Despite this, his feelings for Juliette were no less genuine. That’s the real rub: how deeply did he first love her? Tahere is a Muslim female writer. So i wished had she made J. The white blond and Warner a POC.bec as it is, it showed her white man hero complex

Fracture Me: non sono nemmeno sicura di volergli dare un giudizio, perché trovo Adam troppo irritante e inutile The same can be said of Find Me. It contains both Shadow Me and Reveal Me (also listed separately above), the two later novellas. Is Shatter Me Spicy? Breathtaking, wonderful, stunning.... I could use any of those words to describe this series but they would all be understatement.

I won't say I hate Adam, I love the guy though he's really cheesy and it's kinda lame BUT he's a guy who need a sweet girl and Juliette might be silent when people bullied her but she is not weak or sweet. For someone to be able to stay sane, calm in an asylum for so many days, you had to have a strong mental psychic. And when she found out she was not the only one with ability, she started feeling better about herself, 'she was not a freak'. Which was something Warner insisted on. James taps my arm. “Adam.” He taps my arm again. “Did he know where Castle was?” Another tap. “Did he say what time you guys had to leave today?” More tapping. Werkelijk prachtig.
