There are three wide flex grooves which span the entire width of the shoe underneath the forefoot which results in a very flexible Ghost 13. I can’t mark the upper of the Ghost 13 down for anything except the fact that it doesn’t have a gusseted tongue. If you have narrow feet, avoid the Ghost 13. Instead, you can consider the Brooks Levitate 4 which has a snugger fit.
