Melasti Beach on Google Maps 22. Kuta Beach – best for all-things tourism The OG stretch of sand in Bali, Kuta Beach has got it all… (Photo by George Bakos on Unsplash) Many people love them, but they are the type of commercial and consumerism-driven beaches that don’t resonate with me and are not the top must-see beaches in Romania. This is the luxurious version of what is today Vama Veche and those who used to love Vama Veche used to say that Mamaia is the worst place. I think you get the idea. This beach is also part of the Danube Delta Biosphere, and camping and driving on the beach are forbidden. Unfortunately, many tourists break the rules, and some get fined.

There are frequent and fast connections to London, with trains from London Liverpool Street to Southend taking just over an hour.Suluban Beach on Google Maps 17. Pandawa Beach – best for both worlds At Pandawa Beach, you’ll find hustle and bustle in one direction, and pure paradise in the other (image credit: Roosterfish Beach Club) Pandawa Beach has a mixed reputation – some love it for the bustle of sun-beds with beach umbrellas aplenty, but many will call it crowded and a little touristy. Well, if you’re after that busy beach vibe with everything you need just a few sandy footsteps away (cold drinks, Roosterfish beach club and a scatter of restaurants), then Pandawa Beach is exactly that. But if you want an empty stretch of sand with no one in sight, we’re going to let you in on a little secret and tell you that you can have that here too. Simply swing by during low-tide and wander past the crowds of beachgoers, and you’ll find untouched paradise. No sunbeds, no umbrellas, nothing – just a never-ending vista of white sand, lagoon-like waters and pure paradise. But shhh – you didn’t hear it from us… This long and soft white sand beach is not only well known for its gorgeous scenery (the glittering sands stretch for a full 3km!), but also as the spot where local fishermen sell their fresh-from-the-net seafood each morning at the bustling markets. As the island’s seafood hub, it’s no surprise then that you’ll also find a number of beachfront barbecues dotted along the coastline, cooking up the day’s catch for your grazing pleasure as the sun sets. For a romantic seafood dinner, head to the bay before dark and choose your ocean treats from the never-ending displays to devour just a few minutes later. Or, if it’s sunshine you’re after, find a quiet spot beneath the shade enjoy the calm waters from dawn until dusk. Pro tip: it’s the perfect bay to cruise around on a stand-up paddle board! Thomas Beach on Google Maps 6. Sanur Beach – best for sunrise & cycling Sanur’s 5km coastal path and stretch of white sand guarantees and easy-breezy day at the beach

Over 1400 UK beaches– not just a description but includes pictures/videos, map, facilities, tides, weather and water quality Plaja Tuzla is a modest beach in a village which is becoming increasingly popular with those wanting to escape the loud beach music and barbeque smoke. Well, Coast Radar is here to help guide you through the search as the United Kingdom (UK) coast covers over 19,491 miles or 31,367 km including the islands with in excess of 1400 accessible beaches. To the west of Rijeka there are many more beach options including Igralište, Ploče, Bivio, Skalete, Kostanj Bay and Preluk. Most of these are more impressive than those to the east of the city. It is necessary to travel to them all by local bus. Igralište is the nearest of these with its beach volleyball court, catering facilities and a toboggan. If you don't visit by day, try it at night as it's a popular hangout after dark. Next further out from the city is Ploče, a Blue Flag beach recognised for its clear waters. This extensive and open beach has access to the sea for disabled people and lifeguards plus a beach volleyball court and a complex of swimming pools.

The long beach is full of shells, and the area is preferred by those practising windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing, diving, snorkelling, fishing and bird watching. I’ll list the top-recommended beaches in Romania, from North to South. You can see them on Google Maps here. Tips for visiting the beaches from the Danube Delta in Romania

Contending with high winds up to 40 knots, landings saw personnel boarding and leaving vehicles in different ways to generate data representative of different behavioural traits.

1. Camber Sands, East Sussex

It’s also a must say that the beaches in Romania are usually extremely crowded, despite their size and unfortunately very noisy with pubs seemingly competing for the “I can go louder” award or something…
