Bought it just for fun as a big sims franchise fan. I would have appreciated more TS2 and TS3 content while this book rather focuses on TS4. Call me nerd but for me TS1 TS2 and TS3 are the only « real » games - TS4 gets better but come on, it came out pretty empty. It's not simply a cookbook, but an experience. Every recipe includes either helpful tips of little bits of lore from the franchise. While there are zany, whimsical recipes like gummy bear pancakes, there are also elegant, company-ready dishes, including lobster thermidor and the classic goopy carbonara. I, on the other hand, am not particularly a Sims fan, but I eat with passion, and I will never pass a cookbook.
