We're pushing boundaries to make alcohol free mean more, and liberate the way we drink, socialize, and connect. For me, discovering Three Spirit has been fantastic. As I said near the start of my Three Spirit review, I’d reached the point where I was finding it a little harder to refrain from alcohol. These drinks give me something tasty and enjoyable to drink at the start, middle and end of every social event (and – increasingly – on several weekday evenings!)

Lion's Mane mushroom has been used for centuries for its nootropic properties and its delicate taste. Cultivated on sustainable beds, it keeps you focussed while you make new memories. We found the Three Spirit Social Elixir to taste like a sweet tomato drink without the acidity. It was slightly bitter with hints of dark berry and savory notes. This drink is definitely bittersweet tasting. Three Spirit is a range of three alcohol free spirit-style drinks, known as The Livener, The Social Elixir and The Nightcap.Three Spirits says that their drinks could give you “More energy, deeper sleeps, connections enhanced”. Three Spirit drinks are designed to enhance your night from start to finish. Combining active plants, our non-alcoholic drinks stimulate the palate, mind and body - before, during and after the party. Why we love it: Molasses gives Social Elixir its rich flavour, body, texture and some natural sweetness.

Why we love it: A great digestion aid for after-dinner slow sipping. Worth noting this tastes nothing like liquorice sweets which are flavoured with other spices. Fill a tall glass with ice and add 50ml of Social Elixir. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a slice of ginger. I’ve also experimented with larger “doses” of the drinks. I am quite sensitive to caffeine, and found that an extra Livener was a bit much for me – so I will proceed with some caution there from now on! Within another 24hrs I had my missing drinks, they were rushed out asap. Haven't tried the wines yet but I love the Nightcap and Social Exilir especially

I must confess that I didn’t expect to like it. I’ve never been a drinker of dark spirits, and the closest I’ve ever really come to “after dinner” drinks is a Disaronno over ice on occasion. Three Spirit takes its plant science seriously. Only some companies invest their time, research and energy into understanding their ingredients and the potential health benefits. Three Spirit is creating drinks that are innovative and novel.” Function: Elevates mood, stimulates the mind and protects the body and brain with multiple antioxidants great alternative to alcoholic spirits, taste great with mixer or just over ice. the nightcap is particularly lovely especially after a long day. speedy delivery and excellent customer service

In this Three Spirit review, I will discuss both the taste and quality of the drinks, and whether they live up to their claims in terms of effects.All Three Spirit non-alcoholic drinks are plant-based, 100% vegan with sustainably-sourced plants, and gluten-free. And – wow – it’s good. The most prominent flavour is of maple syrup (actually the main ingredient alongside distilled water) – but it’s also spicy and nutty with a little vanilla. There’s a LOT going on here, and it leaves you wanting another sip to see what else you can detect in the flavour. Despite the bite, it’s actually surprisingly sweet. Guayusa provides a delicious release of clean, natural caffeine and bliss-elevating chlorogenic acid that is released slowly and sustainably - exactly how the leaf is grown!
