Buddha’s Fourth Noble Truth is the path of eight right practices we can follow to stop ourselves doing what causes suffering. These practices are called The Noble Eightfold Path and they include: right view, right thinking, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right diligence, right mindfulness, right concentration. 7. Stop your old habit energies with mindfulness You must face your suffering, which means touching deeply both the good and bad, experiencing everything that happens indiscriminately. How?
