Doesn't work even after skin prep was really looking forward to this I've suffered acne since my mid 20s. I'm left very disappointed 😞 This guide is here to help you get started with your new Smartbud and highlight key pieces of information so that you can start cleaning your ears the smart way as soon as it arrives at your door. You will also receive a user manual with your Smartbud that will outline everything in further detail.had an issue with the parcel, because I couldn't find it after has been delivered. The Smartbud support was touché, trying to assist me along the parcel searching. I eventually found it at my company, hidden by an employee, but not having bad intentions. Our Original Ear Cleaner is an easy- use ear cleaner tool that makes ear wax removal at home more comfortable and effective than the traditional use of cotton buds.
The Smartbud tips are threaded and screw-on to the device. The tip that is already on the device may have become loose when in transit to you so please ensure the tip is securely attached to the device before use. Failure to do so may result in the tip becoming loose whilst in use. I use this tool weekly and love the feeling of having clean ears! The design and construction is really high-quality, much better than a more expensive version I tried from a different brand. Would highly recommend Smartbud. As well as pushing ear wax further into the eardrum, using a cotton swab as an ear cleaner tool is polluting seas. The spiral ear cleaner doesn't do either.

This experience has completely put me off buying anything ever again from them which is a shame as my Smartbud is pretty much useless now without any tips. Yes, the Ear Cleaner is safe to use. It is very soft to use, pain free and removes even a thin layer of ear wax. I like the product, but you have to be careful when washing as the silicon can split very easy. As for ease of use it’s ten out of ten.
