They are pretty large in size and identical to the other Legion laptops. The only disappointment I have is the right fan on the GPU side could have been larger, but Lenovo chose not to. Could be for sourcing concerns for consistency, but I hate to see such a large empty space in a laptop. Seems like a wasted opportunity.

If you’re wondering if this is the right laptop for you, I think the main thing you need to ask is if it’s the right size and weight. If your sights are on a 16″ gaming laptop solution, your options are probably narrowed down to this, the HP Omen 16 and even the Asus Zephyrus M16. But considering those three, this is both the larger and heavier of the bunch. Having the graphic card connected to an external screen, will you be able to set another resolution compared to the native screen? Next is Maxon's CPU-crunching Cinebench R15 test, which is fully threaded to make use of all available processor cores and threads. Cinebench stresses the CPU rather than the GPU to render a complex image. The result is a proprietary score indicating a PC's suitability for processor-intensive workloads. As for its performance, the Lenovo Legion 5 Pro has two options for the CPU which is either an AMD Ryzen 5 5600H or Ryzen 7 5800H. There are also choices of GPUs from an Nvidia GeForce RTX3050 all the way up to an RTX 3070 for this model. In terms of its gaming experience, this laptop can be considered as an excellent machine. However, there is more to this device than just its gaming performance as the Ryzen 7 5800H and 16GB of RAM (3200MHz) is obviously great for other productivity applications too. As for the battery, the Legion 5 Pro has a respectable 80 Whr battery that can last for 6 hours and 15 minutes. Overall, it is a great device to be explored, depending on the need and preference of the user.The mids and highs sound just ok, but the bass is limited to as low as 100Hz. Even so, the sound is decent for movie streaming or watching Youtube. Just don’t expect your favorite song to sound like it does on some quality headphones or speakers.
