There is no vertical storage with this model, unlike the Flymo EasiStore range of models. Height Adjustment Starter Lever– At the top of this handle you have the starter mechanism for the mower. There are a couple of triggers with a push button located in between them. It’s a real simple to use design. Not the comfiest but nevertheless it works well.

Overall, the Flymo EasiMow 300R was relatively safe. Cable clips are provided to tightly secure the dangly bits of wire to the handlebars. The manual doesn’t say where to pin the clips, but I put mine on the bottom part of the handle, since I thought that was best. The Flymo EasiMow 300R Electric Rotary Lawn Mower‘s handles also easily fold down so the mower can be stored away neatly.The Flymo EasiMow 340R is a nifty, lightweight little lawn mower that has seriously impressed me. It’s not a mower that’s got the most features and cutting functions in the world, but it’s got more than enough to deliver a fantastic cut. For example, a rear roller and cut to edge which adds that little extra something to make your lawn stand out from the rest. It’s also great to note that there is a handy cable wrap so you won’t get in a twist when storing the mower. More importantly, you won’t have to spend ages untangling the wire when it comes to the next mow. Roller (Stripes) However, users have also expressed concerns regarding certain aspects of the EasiMow 300R. One common issue mentioned is the difficulty in storing the cable. Users find it challenging to manage and store the cable properly, which can be a source of frustration and inconvenience. With a weight of just 8.4 kg, the Flymo EasiMow 300R is one of the lightest lawnmowers on the market. Its small, light design is one of the reasons why the manufacturers market this mower as being ideal for smaller gardens. The Flymo EasiMow 340R, the 300R and 380R, are fitted with a rear roller. As I mentioned earlier, this makes it a much more stable piece of equipment, but that’s not the main function of this part. The rear roller allows you to create a striped lawn so if you want a more traditional looking garden, you can do this with ease. The rear roller also makes the mower more stable particularly when cutting close or over the edge of flower beds.

Cutting Heights– If you want to change the cutting height this isn’t too hard. There’s three different height settings and a range of 20mm to 60mm. Now 20mm isn’t really, really short – so if you like a short finish on your lawn this won’t do the job.20mm is a perfectly tidy finish though. Anyway to adjust the wheels you just simply move the front and rear wheels. The axle of the wheels slots into 3 different grooves which determine the cut height. However, I found a possible design flaw here. Even though the manufacturers mention you can fold away the handlebars to achieve compact storage, I couldn’t see how to do this when the wire was wrapped around it. Maybe it’s possible, but it certainly isn’t obvious.Grass Collection– The grass box has a pretty decent capacity and will store a nice amount of clippings in there before you have to stop and empty it. The mower does a good job of collecting these clippings too. The grass box is a little flimsy though and when lifting it up with a full load of clippings inside, the handle can come off! You can fix this easily by putting a couple of self tapping screws into the handle though and it’s something I’d recommend you do just to re-enforce it. Nobody wants the handle to come off the grass box when there’s a full load inside! There’s quite a lot to get excited about when you think about the handle on the Flymo EasiMow 340R. First and foremost, it features dual lever controls so it can be operated with both the left and right hands independently.
