Very good and supportive undies. They’re comfortable and gave me the confidence of going out on day 2. I’ve never felt so comfortable on my period! knowing that these do exactly as they say i would definitely invest in more! Absorbing as much blood as a super plus-sized tampon, these reusable pads mean business. We were pleased with their leakage protection (so no need to worry if you plan on exercising) and the fact they’re made from natural materials like bamboo, which proved to be soft too. As above, because compostability in the period product category is a new and still debated topic, we recommend you dispose of your tampons in the general waste bin, and they will naturally biodegrade in landfill in a few years. That's much less than mainstream products, whose biodegradation takes over 100 years! Objectively speaking, the applicator tampons (albeit 95% plant-based & recyclable) still bring waste into the world. If it’s not rinsed and properly recycled, it’ll end up in landfill and contribute to unnecessary pollution.LOVE LOVE LOVE my new 2-4-1 period underwear. I’ve always been hesitant worrying about leakage, comfort and absorbency but these are perfect. We found they didn’t cause any irritation and we didn’t notice them while wearing, whether that be running errands throughout the day or toss and turning through the night. However, there are still no official compostability guidelines for menstrual products, as experts themselves are conflicted due to the 'medical waste' nature of used period care products. So we recommend you dispose of them in the general waste bin, and they will naturally biodegrade in landfill in a few years. How wonderful is that? Its pads are comfy (if a little bulkier than others we tried), secure and super absorbent, making them a good option for heavier flow days too.

What a life changing decision. I can honestly say they are so comfy and I forgot I even had my period. I wore these on my heaviest day for 8 hours and there was no leak at all. I’ll be buying more! super comfortable but still snug so i felt confident they wouldn’t leak, they didn’t disappoint! i’ve been using them to sleep in as i have a particularly heavy flow and i normally have to wake up through the night at least once to change my pad so i don’t leak through, but i’ve been comfortably sleeping in these the whole night (around 10 hours) with no leaks at all. also happy to find they’re easier to clean than i thought they’d be
