As Starglo denies her request to help her young star friend grow, she reveals that she is dismantling her entire operation since no one believes in her anymore. While Share tries to get her to change her mind, a group of bears, including Cheer travel to Starglo's home to look for her, and end up using a Care Bear Stare to change her outlook on the situation and make stars again.
