Swedish ‘Meat’-balls will be popular even with those card-carrying meat lovers. There is an array of meals here. Breakfast and brunch, light meals, entertaining, comfort foods and desserts are all included. The ingredients are familiar and readily available and, for the most part, cheap. I dare say that even those cooking in a non-vegan household will enjoy these dishes, even if they take the liberty of replacing the specified dairy-free butter with the one they already have in the fridge.
