About this deal

The New Testament writers continue to use temple language, but they are no longer concerned with a building. When they write about the temple, they are talking about the people of God. The apostle Paul writes, “do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you” (1 Cor. 6:19-20)? This following Luxor Temple guide is based on the information presented in Schwaller de Lubicz’s The Temple in Man and John Anthony West’s The Traveler’s Key to Ancient Egypt.

Quando gli Antichi tracciano una figura, non è più la figura che guardano, ma ciò che vi proiettano da se stessi: fisicamente la guardano come un'ombra, un traforo nella luce della sua assenza. Individuano i suoi contorni. Quando tracciano una figura geometrica, non è più questa figura ad interessarli, la la Legge fatale che la impone e la conseguenza fatale che esse provoca. Così la geometria assume lo stesso carattere di vita delle immagini che scolpiscono o tracciano. Seven megalithic temples are found on the islands of Malta and Gozo, each the result of an individual development. The two temples of Ggantija on the island of Gozo are notable for their gigantic Bronze Age structures. On the island of Malta, the temples of Hagar Qim, Mnajdra and Tarxien are unique architectural masterpieces, given the limited resources available to their builders. The Ta'Hagrat and Skorba complexes show how the tradition of temple-building was handed down in Malta.

Before entering the temple, take note of the sphinx-lined walkway outside the entrance. The face on the sphinxes is that of Amenhotep III. In contrast to the ram-headed sphinxes outside Karnak, these human-headed sculptures are more fitting for the ‘Temple of Man.’ Malkowski, Edward (2007). ISBN 0-394-73513-7 Le Temple de l'homme by Schwaller de Lubicz is an absolute must for all who are interested in the search for the truth about Ancient Egypt and its pivotal place in the unfolding of the cosmic drama and the human quest for immortality and spiritual perfection. For years we have all waited for an English translation. Here it is at last!"

WEzekiel was born into the priestly line (Ezekiel 1:3), but he served God as a prophet. In Ezekiel 40–48 Ezekiel sees a detailed vision of a grand and glorious temple. This lengthy vision has been the subject of much speculation and various interpretations through the years.

At the right of the court, you’ll notice a shrine built by Thutmosis III, the oldest part of Luxor Temple. It’s dedicated to the Theban triad of Amun-Mut-Khonsu. During processions, the solar barques of the three deities would likely be cleansed here before being taken deeper into the temple. In the Hypostyle Hall, notice how the phases of the moon have been carved into the base of the floor around the columns. Schwaller's text demands that it not be just read, but that it be 'thought along with.' His scientific writings contain poetic and spiritual insights that touch the soul . . . because true science, as he conceives it, is capable of generating those insights--indeed, it demands that they be generated." Several hundred years later, the tabernacle was replaced by the permanent structure that King Solomon built in Jerusalem, the temple. This building was labeled “a house of prayer for all nations” (Isa. 56:7). Through this temple, God not only manifested his love and care to Israel but to anyone from any culture who would come there to worship him. Has God finally restored what was destroyed in the garden? Strong's 5499: Done or made with hands, artificial. From cheir and a derivative of poieo; manufactured, i.e. Of human construction. As complete an insight into the mind of pharaonic Egypt as will be found on paper. . . . Coming to the worldview from our mindset places serious damands on the reader. But, this book is both dizzying and transporting, offering the possibility of immersion in another world, cleansing the mind and clarifying the extent and the limitations of our own mental tools for grasping our world."
