What’s more, the head pivots, so you can have it straight for trimming the side of the hedge, then switch to a right angle once it’s time to cut the top down to size. It uses the same Power X-Change batteries and chargers as other cordless Einhell tools, with the basic 2.5Ah battery lasting for around 30 to 35 minutes before needing a recharge. Using a 4.0Ah battery that we borrowed from a cordless mower, we were able to get close to an hour. One of the most outstanding things about this hedge trimmer is that it will charge in as little as one hour thanks to the fast charge feature.
