Size is a bit of an issue, but the Switch does let you play full-sized console games on a 6.1-inch 720p screen. It’s by far the most powerful mainstream handheld game console ever released. The lifespan of the system lasted for more than a decade, with lots of other newer versions of it released between the year 2005 and 2011. After a while, the PSP became out-dated and the PS Vita was introduced to replace it, but a lot of core gamers still own and play it, because easily run it with homebrew software. Coded Arms: Contagion is probably Konami’s answer to giant shooters like Halo, Wolfenstein and GoldenEye 007. Its non-stop action shooting gameplay alongside the tight controls makes Coded Arms: Contagion a fun-to-play hidden gem on the system.Yes, this requires you to carry an additional accessory with you, which is a little more annoying than hitting the power button on a dedicated handheld, but you already have the major piece of hardware. Smartphones have a lot of storage, huge digital game libraries and excellent battery life. You’ll burn more power playing games, but you’ll get a comparable amount of play time per charge. Call of Duty: Roads to Victory is a spin-off of the critically acclaimed Call of Duty 3 released in 2006. Much like its predecessor, Call of Duty: Roads to Victory takes soldiers to the battlefield as they experience World War 2 on the go. Brothers in Arms D-Day may seem like a Call of Duty clone at first glance, but the game manages to carve an identity of its own at the end of the day. While the best game in the series is Hell’s Highway, D-Dayisn’t bad at all. Considering it’s exclusive to PSP, you don’t have to expect anything groundbreaking from it.
