This is how I approached the task: I firstly sprayed on the area of pain to help relieve this, then practised sliding one of the clips over and under the nail, I found you could get one side under and to remain but the other kept popping out. I realised that it would need gluing in place to keep it there, please be careful with the glue as I guess its a form of super glue try not to get it everywhere as you do not need me to tell you of the consequences.
