I’m always a bit dubious about the claims some products make. One thing that stood out with Anti Fog though is that it doesn’t claim to completely eradicate any steaming up of the windows. For the windscreen, I purposely only treated sections of it as a comparison to the non treated sections, and it worked exceptionally well. Avoid using Rain X® Rain Repellent on any plastic surfaces, including motorcycle windshields, ATVs and solar panels. The new and improved formula provides increased anti-fogging protection, and even works well under high humidity conditions. This makes it ideal to reduce condensation forming on interior automotive glass, such as windows and mirrors, especially on those cold, damp days. It is also suitable for use on bathroom mirrors to eliminate steaming! Trying to get the older member of my family to understand that their aircon/climate control systems should be on all/most of the time as it dries the air* is an on-going struggle.
