Not perfect, but would I buy it again? Yes I would!! Some of the negatives are software related and I'm hoping for updates to make it even better. I can see how the Narwal T10 Robot would be a lifesaver for larger homes with either kids and/or pets. If you find yourself constantly having to clean the floors or vacuum up your pets’ fur balls, the Narwal robot will make your life infinitely easier. The base unit for the T10 is one of the biggest we’ve seen for a robot vacuum, and you’ll want to make sure that there’s enough space for it wherever it’s being set up. Inside the base station, you’ll find two large 1.1-gallon tanks – one for clean water and one for dirty water that is siphoned in while the mopping pads are being cleaned. The tanks are durable and easy to take out, and can be cleaned or refilled without any complications. Say goodbye to filling tiny trays with water – this massive tank capacity means that you can go through several cleaning cycles before the robot reminds you to add in more water or clean the dirty water tank. Dust bin could be bigger. Fine for my home, with no pets, but probably needs frequent attention if you have a lot of fur

For example, because you can start vacuuming or mopping with a few taps on the screen, it means other people in the household can operate the machine without your involvement. You can also change some settings and do other minor things from the control center as well. The touchscreen felt fluid to swipe around on and was easy to read. We do not recommend using other cleaners as they may produce foam or residue that corrodes the piping system and parts, causing the robot to malfunction. Mopping works great on non-caked on spots. Perfect for regular maintenance. (When I mop I go through and hit the really bad spots/spills with a towel and a spray bottle, prior to sending the bot out. Usually only takes 2 minutes)The mobile app features scheduled cleaning, map management, and will show the robot's real-time cleaning process, among other things. It wasn't a groundbreaking app in any way, but it didn't need to be. After testing the Narwal Freo Robot Vacuum, it's hard to argue that its performance, features, and style don't make it a clear winner. While it's not perfect, it does get a lot of things right and, ultimately, makes cleaning a much less manual chore. That means you will never have a dirty mop. The robot will wash, rinse and dry the mops automatically. Highly efficient filter of such robot vacuum mop traps small particles, debris, and unseen allergens with ease. When you need to mop, simply swap out the vacuum module for the two triangular pads, press the start button on the base station, and the T10 takes care of the rest. The base station first sprays clean water onto the pads, after which the robot will head to the room that’s furthest from the base station and start mopping. The logic behind this is so that the dirty pads aren’t dragged over already-cleaned surfaces.

If your floor surface is rough and uneven, then we do not recommend using a robot for cleaning. Before you start a mopping run, you drop a detergent/antibacterial sheet into the Narwal T10 base station’s 5-liter (1.3-gallon) clean water tank (there’s an equal-sized waste-water tank). The detergent sheet instantly dissolves and disperses throughout the clean water. Wands inside the base station spray this water on the Narwal’s pads, and then the robot travels to the farthest point on its map and commences scrubbing the floor. “Scrubbing” is not an overstatement. The Narwal applies 10N (Newtons) of pressure to these pads as they spin. The app I think is very good. Easy setup and use. I really like how I can see the narwal robots travel path and current location on the app.
