Some women say that the butter’s texture is inconsistent: sometimes smooth and creamy, sometimes oddly grainy. The Mother’s Balm from Neil’s Yard is deeply moisturising and leaves your skin at its softest. Not only does it feel and smell divine, our panel of mum testers reported that it kept stretch marks away during pregnancy. The balm does take a while to absorb, but once it had seeped in, you are left with the benefits of soft and supple skin all day long. What they say:

I think I would recommend this to other pregnant women because it's a lovely product to spend a bit of time massaging in after a nice bath. It would be a good way to connect with your growing and changing body, as well as keeping your skin supple. I probably wouldn't recommend it for everyday use if you are a mum, as it takes quite a long time to soak into the skin and I certainly don't have time to wait after a shower every day. It was a good one-stop product for moisturising and I could use it anywhere on my body which meant that I didn't have to use several different products after a bath or shower, saving time and space on the bathroom shelf. The tub is a really good size meaning that it lasts for a long time and I wouldn't need to keep replacing it.The only two downsides to this Mother’s Balm are the price and the consistency of the balm. As I said, it felt a little bit rough or gritty at first use but I realised that it then sunk into the skin very nicely. Tested by mum Llinos Griffin for the Mother & Baby awards 2018:

Herbal Foot Spa Gift Set, Footcare Kit, Foot Balm, Foot Soak and Pumice, Organic Foot Therapy, Relaxing Foot Care, Natural Foot TreatmentIf you get the go-ahead to use a nipple cream, it can hydrate your skin, slowing the loss of moisture that causes further irritation and hampers healing. It also provides a protective barrier between your skin and your shirt or bra, giving your nipples some relief and reducing friction. Emollient ingredients: Canola oil, coconut oil, beeswax, shea butter, jojoba seed extract, soybean oil gift for mom, mother's day gift, Mothers Day gift, LOTION BAR, mom gift, hand lotion, organic skincare, handmade queenofthemeadow 3.5 oz This cream is lovely to use and very beneficial for myself and my partner in the evenings, as we can catch up on the day while he rubs it into my pregnant belly. I definitely see and feel the benefits of this product and it does exactly what it's designed for. Parente et al 2012. Evid Based Complement Alternat Med. 2012; 2012: 375671.
