About this deal

She turned his world upside down and he hated her for it. She refused to submit to him, she refused to obey him, and she refused to even love him. And the fact that she was so attractive did not even make things easier.

From the moment I see her, I want her for myself. Every day that passes, I become more obsessed with her. She’s seeking the answer to a mystery, and so am I… How can I make her mine once and for all?” All across the USA, people are showing up dead. The deaths don't appear to be connected in any way until one particular death occurs and gets the Secretary of Defense's attention. He arranges for a task force to investigate. Aida’s older brothers Dante and Nero plan to go over to Callum’s and beat him up for what he did to Sebastian. Aida catches them about to leave and offered to follow them which they declined, reminding her the entire mess was her idea, to begin with.Synopsis: “ They Murdered My Father, So I Stole Their Daughter… She’s my captive, my little ballerina who dances only for me. Nessa is sweet and innocent. She doesn’t deserve any of this. But that’s how our world works – the wolves eat the lambs, no matter how gentle they may be. I’ll use her to get my revenge. Unless I give in to my hunger first…” Description: “Ivan” is a dark and dominating mafia romance, Book 1 in the Underworld series. It’s a stand-alone novel, full of intrigue, danger, and sexy bedroom scenes. Contains spanking, so if such material offends you, do not read.

Synopsis: “I’d Go Anywhere For Her… Even to Kingmakers, the most brutal college in the world. Where mafia heirs are trained to control, dominate, infiltrate, and kill. I followed Anna because she’s my best friend. Basically: Relationship development wasn’t done well in my opinion nor the character development. It should have been slower, bc a couple procent after the 35% mark things just started going way too fast and it was boring. The scenes in it were great to keep your attention, but the developments weren’t. Holly Summers has all grown up, it seems. She used to be a thing thing that lived across their hall. Now she has bloomed into adulthood and her chosen line of work is a political advisor. As such she is the hottest and most in demand advisor in London and everyone would love to offer her a job. aida has to be one of the funniest fmc out there because i was reading this book in the middle of the night and started giggling. actually giggling. she’s a genius with a top tier humor & i want to be her. their pull and push was just so good and entertaining He is egoistic, and ambitious, and would not let anything serve as a form of distraction for him or get in his way. As the heir to Griffin’s family, he has a reputation to uphold and he is more concerned about his upcoming elections than anything else.Listen, I don’t mind dark romance guys like one of my fave series is a dark romance serie, but I have a limit 😭 him doing that spa thing made me very uncomfortable and him finding it SEXY how she was drowning??? I’m sorry but no. Plus a couple of the things he said didn’t sit well with me. Once again, I know they are enemies and obviously they are going to be shitty to each other but there is a limit to what I can take and he just sprinted over the line while giving me the finger during some scenes- besides that I could not for the life of me imagine him as an attractive guy like all I saw was a blurry white face with stark blue eyes and hair thats hard bc of the amount of gel that’s in it

Brutal Prince is indeed a book filled with many twists and intense cliffhangers. But still not convinced it is the right book for you? Do not worry. I have selected and reviewed some chapters for you to read and enjoy! Chapter three of Brutal Prince by Sophie Lark She made my panna cotta without raspberries because she knows I don’t like the seeds, and she doesn’t mind if I’m a spoiled brat. I grab her head and give her a kiss on the cheek as she sets it down in front of me. I’m surrounded by jealous actresses, crazed fans, and ruthless directors. The only person I can trust is an off-duty detective who may be more distracting than helpful. I only have two weeks before the movie wraps. And I may be working right next to a killer…!”

But, no matter how he fights, Callum knows he cannot get the woman whose footprint has been inscribed in his heart out of the question, and so, eventually, he starts to do all he can to protect her from forces who would wish to do them harm. But Sebastian, Aida’s immediate older brother would not take the bullshit from their eldest brother. He gets out of the car and Aida follows. After a while, they are having another nice night, buying themselves good things. Until Callum shows up with his bodyguard.

My father flinches at the first explosion. He doesn’t like things that are loud or unexpected. Which is why I get on his nerves sometimes—I can be both of those things, even when I’m trying to behave myself. I also hoped this would be slow burn but no they did it 35% in and after that they weren’t enemies anymore- not friends, no, but not enemies either and you would expect them to hate each other until the end bc he literally destroyed her brothers dream and she threw his most special possession away but no Synopsis: “A Star Is Strangled… Clara was Hollywood’s hottest rising star, until someone murdered her on the Paramount lot. I went to claim her body. The producers offered me a job instead. Clara and I may have looked like twins, but we’re nothing alike. Aida and Callum absolutely loathe each other and every time they see each other they try to kill one another. I honestly wasn’t the biggest fan of this because of how bratty Callum acted. I was fine with Aida acting immature because she literally 18 or 19 but Callum is an actual 30 year old man who kept acting like a child. He read SO young and not at all like a hero 10 years older, one who's supposed to be the prince/heir of a powerful mafia family. He felt childish to me, which wasn't fun to read.

Description: “Starlet” is a Romantic Mystery set in Hollywood’s Golden Age, right at the cusp of the Second World War. It includes both fictional and real-life characters like Clark Gable and Cecil B. DeMille. This standalone novel includes steamy scenes for mature readers only. Fireworks burst into bloom above the lake, hanging suspended in the clear night air, then drifting down in glittering clouds that settle on the water. WTF is this? When I say Mafia romance I mean Mafia not Saved by the Bell amateur hour. This was my first attempt with Sophie Lark and I've heard a lot about this series in particular. But I don't know, going off of this her writing and characters are just not for me. The first red flag was that this is written in 1st person POV but in present tense which is really hard to get used to and you have to be a strong writer to pull it off. Unfortunately Lark is not a strong writer and her characters do not make you forget this annoying writing style. Or maybe this was just a case of a bad book for me. This felt more new adult than adult. I'm probably being harsher than necessary since I'm in a bad mood but this pissed me off. Every time Callum opened his mouth he proved that he’s such a charming gentleman. I’m not surprised the heroine almost killed him on their wedding day. They might say that Aida is such an immature brat, but for me, Callum was the biggest childish brat. Description: “The Bully” is the third book in the epic dark mafia Kingmakers Series, about a woman being caught doing the wrong thing by the wrong guy. Now, she has to pay the price.
