About this deal

Taddaaaa! Here's that piece of junk placed on the stand. I can recommend gettting some help with placing the model on the stand. You can do it all by yourself, but it's more convenient to lift the model, have your lovely assistant remove the landing gear struts and help you positioning the stand.

Aside from a brief dip into Technics in the early 80s, plus being the proud owner of a BMW R 1200 GSA set, I have pretty limited experience of dedicated Technic construction. If you're like me you needn't be put off because the build is simplicity in itself and Efferman's Vertical Stand will only take you a couple of hours to put together. Two plates will connect the left side and the right side and give the stand its rigidity. The image below also shows the separate minifig stand, which fits nicely into the main stand. The top of the angled stems have small hooks for added support, holding the Falcon firmly in place. The premium acrylic add on contains embedded studs to firmly hold your Minifigures on the right hand side and LEGO® information plaque to the left of the ship. Angled at a 70 degree angle, you can display your LEGO® Millennium Falcon in tighter spaces whilst also being able to appreciate the wonderful details across the top of the ship. The amount of slope is lowered to 40 degrees to keep a better balance between aesthetics and storage functionality. The full dimension of both sets+stands is kept within 27cm(D) x 28cm (H) to be fit in most ordinary bookshelf. Previous ones are often too high and do not look naturally floating.

Okay, so both stands are very nice products, but what about the price?! Of course, as an owner of this great set you will probably be interested in a quality stand, but will it break the bank? Well, it doesn't...in my humble opinion. Showcase and enhance your iconic LEGO® Star Wars™ Millennium Falcon with our bespoke display stand. No matter how much advance groundwork you have done, the fitting is a bit of a struggle so be prepared to accept the reality that some re-assembly of the UCS Millennium Falcon will be required. Having the instructions to hand at the end of the build will take the stress out of any final touch-ups. These are the two features that enhance the playability while keeping proper showcase/storage functionality. The two sides below show the angle at which the model will be positioned. The angle is roughly 60 degrees. It is possible to move the model on the stand, but you need to make sure to hold the two sides of the stand. Efferman's own advice is to build the UCS Millennium Falcon onto the stand, rather than mount a completed build on it. He says that "hte perfect situation for mount is when the floor plates on the underside are assembled. After this there is easy access to the underside during building." Your LEGO Star Wars Millennium Falcon is an icon, the centrepiece of every epic space battle. Now you can show it off in a whole new way with our vertical display case designed specifically for the 75192 or 10179 UCS Millennium Falcon! This very large acrylic display case is designed to be used with our 2 in 1 acrylic display stand in a vertical position (optional) or the MOC Efferman's vertical stand (not included) . Minimal parts are used while maintaining a well balanced and steady structure. The stand could even be used as handles if you want to “fly” the sets around.
